Here are some common questions about EN-Studio.

Brow shaping

Careful consideration is taken to assess your face and bone structure. Once the area is assessed, a wax free soy hair removal product is applied to the skin and removed much like conventional hard wax but without the irritation and with NO pulling on the skin. The brows are then expertly detailed with tweezers and finished with our proprietary Signature Eyebrows product line.

It takes about 28-30 days for the natural hair re-growth cycle. While your personal results may vary, it is best to rebook every four to six weeks. Keep in mind tha

Even if your hair is thin or non-exsistant, by mapping out the perfect brow shape and filling the brow in; you’re taught exactly where and how you should apply your brows and what the optimal shape and color is for ease of replication at home. We also provide education on how to best rehabilitate sparse brows.

Absolutely NOT! This is a myth. The hair that grows back in once the area is waxed is actually finer and will eventually disappear altogether.

You should avoid exfoliating with scrubs or acids(AHA, glycolic, retinol) for at least 24 hours after your service. Avoid saunas, steam rooms, direct sunlight and salt water for at least 24 hours.

Our soy hair removal product is anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and wax free. Because it’s not wax, it never sticks to the skin and therefore the clients won’t experience the pain, swelling and pulling common with traditional wax treatments. After the treatment, a soothing regrowth retardant is applied to the area.

Permanent makeup

The process of applying pigment to the dermis via a medical grade micro-pigmentation pen. This i an advanced technique that will add shape, define, and enhance your natural beauty.

Results will last anywhere from 5-7 years. We use only the best organic pigments in our work to ensure your expertly applied enhancements last for many years.

We use an Rx grade topical anesthetic creme to try and make the process as painless as possible. Everyone has a different level of pain tolerance, we will always try to make your experience as comfortable as we can.

It is recommended that you come in for a touch up no sooner than one month and no later than three months IF the color seems inconsistent or blotchy.

Yes. The price for a touch-up is $75. Retouching is considered differently if someone has work that has faded after a few years or wants an area refreshed or corrected.

Permanent makeup is ideal for people who have allergies and sensitivities to wearing traditional cosmetics. Active people who want to look their best hiking, biking, running and swimming without the worry of having to apply cosmetics frequently. It is especially beneficial for individuals who have medical challenges like poor vision, alopecia, Parkinson’s disease, or have had chemotherapy.

In most cases, two hours. During that time, photographs are taken, design and color are decided, the procedure performed, and then after care advisory.

We are OSHA (Occupational Safety and Heath Administration) certified. All needles are used only one time and machines and pigments completely sterile.

Colors will appear darker following the immediate procedure but will lighten by 50-60% during the first week of the healing process.

1. Ombré powder brows are achieved using a small
machine, which disperses extremely fine dots of
pigments even into and across the skin in an airbrush or
shading technique.
2. Microblading uses a hand-tool that creates
incisions or small cuts into the skin. Over time, repeated
incisions into the same spots will cause trauma to the
skin more quickly.
3. Ombré powder brows are less painful due to the
airbrush-like technique we apply, which creates less
trauma to the skin..
4. Microblading The latter also creates cuts into the
skin, thus more bleeding is involved. With ombré
powder brows, minimal to zero blood surfaces during
the procedure. Some of our clients say that getting
ombré powder brows is a similar sensation to an
electric toothbrush pressed against the skin or rapid
tweezing; some discomfort is to be expected as a needle
is utilized.
5. Results do vary based on lifestyle, skin type,
health, preferences, etc., but a single ombré powder
brows session, using high-quality pigments, can last on
average 2-3 years.
6. Microblading, on the other hand, has a high
likelihood of healing blotchy, spotty or with blurred
strokes, thus requiring more frequent touch-ups,
generating more long term wear and tear on the skin,
eventually maxing out the skin’s lifetime capacity
quickly. Like any injury to the skin, the body repairs the
wounded area by building collagen fibers, creating a
scar.
7. Both treatments will eventually dull out the skin in
this way permanently, so choosing the right method to
save your skin integrity is critical.
8. Ombré powder brows are great for any skin type,
especially oily skin.
9. Microblading, which is not suitable for those with
oily skin. Microblading on oily skin requires several
touch-ups, which causes more trauma to the skin.
10. While ombré powder brows have a more “filled-in”
look, the healed results appear like softly shaded brow
pencil or powder. Immediately after the treatment,
ombré powder brows can appear more saturated and
bold, however, brows will fade 20-30%, leaving a very
soft finish and shape that will allow our clients to
quickly groom their brows going forward.
