Liza Neginskaya
Founder & CEO, EN Signature Skincare & EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio
Elizaveta (Liza) Neginskaya — Founder & CEO of EN Signature Skincare and EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio in Honolulu — has been a leading force in Hawai‘i’s beauty industry for over eight years. A Master Aesthetician and visionary entrepreneur, she has built a brand rooted in artistry, innovation, and authenticity.
Liza’s passion for skincare began early, inspiring her to earn her cosmetology license soon after high school. She believes radiant, healthy skin is the foundation of natural beauty and has dedicated her career to empowering women through personalized care, artistry, and genuine connection.
At EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio, Liza has created a welcoming sanctuary built on community, trust, and transformation. Each service reflects her belief that beauty is a personal journey — one that begins with real connection and the care of skilled hands.
Inspired by Hawai‘i and guided by the motto “Signature skincare made with aloha,” Liza launched EN Signature Skincare, an organic skincare line developed in collaboration with leading laboratories worldwide. Through her work, she continues to celebrate authenticity, nurture confidence, and foster a community where women uplift and inspire one another.
Krissy Saito
Krissy Saito is a licensed Aesthetician and Master Lash Artist at EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio. With over two years of experience, she specializes in lash extensions, permanent makeup, facials, and brow artistry.
Known for her calm energy and attention to detail, Krissy creates results that are both natural and polished. She believes self-care is an essential act of confidence and strives to ensure every guest leaves feeling beautiful, balanced, and cared for with aloha.
Jenny Shatterberg
Dr. Jenny Satterberg is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician and Medical Director at EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio. Trained at Oregon Health & Science University with over a decade of experience, she brings a thoughtful, wellness-centered approach to her work.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Jenny moved to Hawai‘i in 2014 and has made the islands her home. She is passionate about helping others achieve balance through healthy living and self-care, reflecting EN Signature’s philosophy of nurturing confidence and well-being from the inside out.
Kanjana Sutton
Originally from Thailand, Kanjana is a Permanent Makeup Artist and Aesthetician with advanced training from Impressive Brows in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she earned her Pro Artist Certification and later became a professional trainer. With over 400 procedures completed, she combines technical expertise with an artistic eye to create soft, natural, and beautifully balanced brows.
Now based in Hawai‘i, Kanjana continues to refine her craft, enhancing each client’s unique features through precision, care, and the spirit of aloha.
Briana Marques
Briana Marquez is a Cosmetologist and Color Specialist with years of experience and a passion for the art of hair. She specializes in creative color and precision cuts, combining technical skill with an intuitive sense of style to deliver personalized, lasting results.
Known for her welcoming energy and attention to detail, Briana helps each client express their individuality through beautiful, wearable looks. She stays inspired by evolving trends and techniques, ensuring every visit feels fresh, confident, and full of aloha.
Candace
Candace is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience and a graduate of Baylor University. As the owner of Island IV, she specializes in vitamin infusions, injections, and medically assisted weight loss — helping clients achieve optimal wellness from the inside out.
Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassionate care, creating personalized treatment plans that support health, vitality, and balance. Guided by the spirit of aloha, Candace is dedicated to helping every client feel their best, inside and out.
Whitney Regan
Whitney Regan is a certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Oregon in 2018. Specializing in aesthetic injectables, she provides expert treatments using Botox®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and Dysport® at EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio.
Whitney is passionate about helping clients achieve natural, refreshed results through personalized care and education. Her gentle technique and eye for balance allow each client to feel confident, rejuvenated, and effortlessly radiant.
Artem Nikolaevich
Originally from Siberia, Artem Nikolaevich is a highly skilled Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. Trained at the State College of Olympic Reserve, he brings a deep understanding of anatomy and body mechanics to every session.
Artem specializes in a range of therapeutic techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Sports, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping Massage. Known for his precision and intuitive touch, he provides personalized care that promotes balance, recovery, and overall well-being.
Jenni Jon
Jenni Jon is the Front Desk and Scheduling Coordinator at EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio, where she ensures every client enjoys a seamless and welcoming experience from booking to checkout. Currently pursuing a double major in International Business and Marketing at the Shidler College of Business, she brings a thoughtful blend of professionalism, organization, and aloha to her role.
Passionate about beauty, fashion, and connection, Jenni loves being part of a team that empowers confidence and self-care. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, exploring new trends, and spending time with family and friends.
Amy Kawakami
With over seven years of experience, Amy Kawakami brings her expertise in dimensional, low-maintenance color, blonding, and hair extensions to EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio. She’s known for creating natural, sun-kissed looks that grow out seamlessly and enhance each client’s unique features.
Amy loves collaborating with every guest to design a style that feels both effortless and elevated — polished enough for special occasions yet easy to maintain day-to-day. Her approach is rooted in connection, artistry, and care, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves.

Valerie Burroughs
Valerie Burroughs brings her expertise in design, development, and brand management to support EN Signature Brows & Beauty Studio’s vision of beauty, wellness, and exceptional client care. As founder of V.B. Creative, she specializes in product development, branding, e-commerce, website design, and event planning — always with a focus on creativity, innovation, and thoughtful execution.
Passionate about skincare, health, and wellness, Valerie works closely with Liza to shape EN Signature’s product lines, refine brand messaging, and craft meaningful client experiences. She also leads the studio’s branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring every project reflects EN Signature’s high standards, signature style, and spirit of aloha.
